TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm a booking; any provisional bookings are not binding until the Company receives the deposit. Cash, cheque, debit or credit card can pay deposits.
2. CANCELLATION CHARGES. · Up to one month prior to date of hire £25.00 · Up to one week prior to date of hire £50.00 · Less than one week prior to date of hire – Full hire charge
3. Balance of payments are due by cheque a week prior to the date of hire, debit or credit card prior to hire or in cash to the chauffeur, payable at the start of the hire. 4. The hire is for stipulated time, any additional time is chargeable at current rates, and is subject to the vehicles being available for the extra hire. The client is responsible for parking charges, toll charges and congestion charges.
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers whose behaviour is deemed by the driver to be unacceptable, this will be considered as a breach of contract by the client and result in the immediate termination of the hire with full payment to the Company of the agreed hire charge. THE DRIVERS DECISION IS FINAL.
6. Smoking is not allowed in the cars UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES; breach of this condition will result in the immediate termination of the hire, and full payment of the agreed hire.
7. Damage and breakages are chargeable to the client. We reserve the right to invoice the client or deduct by debit/credit card for any repairs, replacements, or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or passengers.
8. In the event of a party booking one person must be the client, and accept responsibility for the members of his or her party. This person will be the only one that the driver will take any instructions or directions from.
9. The client is responsible for providing times and collections points to the Company in advance of the date of hire.
10. Clients on account are reminded that the settlement period is seven days, after which a surcharge will be levied.
11. In the event of a breakdown the Company reserves the right to provide a different vehicle to the one booked. If the vehicle is of a lesser standard then an adjustment to the hire cost will be made to compensate for this.
12. The Company operates on a pre-booked contractual agreement and not on a private hire licence.
13. Glass divisions in the limousines must not be operated without the drivers consent, and the solid privacy screens must remain in the lowered position at all times.
AIRPORT SERVICE – ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
1. The client is responsible for specifying the collection time and address in advance of the date of hire. 2. No responsibility is implied or accepted for late arrival at the airport. The client is to ensure that adequate time is allowed before check-in. 3. Collections from the airport are for the published flight arrival time. One hour is allowed (free of charge) for passengers to disembark and retrieve luggage. After this any delays will incur standing time charges at current rates, plus any additional parking fees.
